SINGAPORE - PRDelivery -- Harmony Lifecare Pte Ltd ("HLPL") and Organica International Holdings Pte Ltd ("Organica") announce the recent establishment of a joint venture company called HORA World Pte Ltd ("HORA") and the entry into the joint venture memorandum of understanding.

HORA aims to provide a digital platform for its members from both HLPL and Organica, strategically aligning for the long-term by combining both companies' portfolios of brands, strengths, experience, knowledge and expertise. HORA's key objective is to create an integrated, one-stop wellness platform, redefining anti-aging, health and wellness and plans to gain market access across 7 countries namely Singapore, Malaysia, China, Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia.

Each of HLPL and Organica will have equal equity in HORA which will have its headquarters based in Singapore.

This joint venture will capitalise on the synergy, efficiencies and economies of scale envisaged. HLPL is part of a group of companies engaging advanced technology for the manufacturing of healthcare and wellness products, and for the provision of services in medical aesthetics, foot, pregnancy and postpartum care. HLPL will bring to HORA its members and expertise in the mentioned areas while Organica contributes its database of members, and its comprehensive wellness, beauty and aesthetic premium products. Both HLPL and Organica will enhance their respective continual Research & Development and innovation capabilities to create new exciting and efficacious products for HORA.
