TEMECULA, CA – February 14, 2023– Nutraceuticals & Agriceuticals Technology Company (NATCO), developer of high-end pharmaceutical food-grade botanical ingredients, announced today the results of a randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled study of the effect of a persimmon leaf oral supplement (Persimonal™) on participants' cardiovascular health, particularly blood pressure values and lipid profiles.

Results showed that participants who were treated with Persimonal™ oral supplement had statistically significant reductions in mean blood pressure values compared to baseline values, and significant reduction in the total blood cholesterol values, after 180 days of daily use.  The data supports the view that Persimonal™ may be administered to patients as a potential cardiovascular dietary supplement.
